Hi, lovelies! First of all I want to congratulate all of you with a marvelous day, called Friday! We made it! Second I want to wish you a fabulous weekend (another post) and third, I’ll get back to my post. Just a quick question, do you like ostriches? I’ll tell ya a secret – I adore them lately! Is it because of their long hot legs (HA!), the feathers or their sweet big eyes – don’t know, but I know that I’ve seen them a lot these days on wallpapers, paintings and T-shirts. And although I know that they’re a sort of chicken-hearted, not wanting to face the reality and hiding their heads away in the sand – they still seem cute and friendly to me. And especially for my love for ostriches I found inspirational pictures showing their sweet faces:

Good morning, honnies! First things first. I’ll write now about a home that was introduced to me by the lovely Jen of Made by Girl. Oh.My.God. I can’t get my mind off of it! It’s absolutely fabulous, charming, stylish, GLAMOROUS and so adorable! Alright, let me explain. The father of Kari & Kirby Schlegel decided to split a penthouse in 2 parts, building homes for both sister and brother. Designers and architects worked with Kari & Kirby and they made up unbelievable beautiful yet functional homes for them! I’ll show you now Kari’s part (not that I didn’t like Kirby’s home). So, please relax, take a deep breath and try not to be too jealous :).

I’ve been looking through Etsy recently for some inspiration and just beautiful handmade stuff when I spotted this seller! The Home Centric, all the way from India, a girl who calls design a lifestyle and who certainly lives through her work! Before starting her own business – making soft furnishing, Urvi was working for famous names such as Zara, Esprit, Bershka and others. And I could totally notice the tendency to design luxurious and chic pillows: flirty satin ruffles and ribbons, dazzling sequins and more – that’s what I call a fancy pillow! I took a look at all the items from Urvi’s Etsy shop and highlighted the most eye-catching and appealing to me:

Such an ingenious idea, to put “together” a fish and a bird, isn’t it? Of course they’re not together, but they live in the neighborhood. Alright, explaining what I mean: designer Constance Guisset created a DUPLEX for our dear pets, fish and bird. The bird has a cage, a spacious one where it can live happily, while the fish enjoys the life in an aquarium, but the thing to be mentioned is that the aquarium is on top of the cage, that’s what I meant by saying neighborhood :).

Normann-Copenhagen is a shop (in Copenhagen – who’d guess? ha!) founded in 1999 by Jan Andersen and Poul Madsen. They and their 55 employees don’t sell things, they create them and do this in a very untraditional way, because as they say: “they like seeing the world in a different way”. That is so great, isn’t it? I profoundly admire people who have the creative mind to make things, to invent their own designs and share with us. Their products are really unusual, but actually that’s what makes them so special, right? Please take a look:

Can anyone tell me what is Spring?.. Let me tell you what does spring mean to me: life, flowers, bloom, bright colors and some other similar stuff. Really, what else would suppose to be this season? For example, Wikipedia says that spring is “the transition period between winter and summer”. No way, it can be that simple! Please, feel free to tell me what is spring for you!

Hey everyone! How is your week so far? I must confess, I can’t wait for weekend, to spend some good moments with my husband and just do nothing!
