Anne Coyle is an interior decorator living in Chicago, passionate by vintage and modern styles. So, you can probably understand that her design services are about decorating modern homes with vintage touches. Or not necessarily like this :). The truth is that Anne’s style trapped me when I heard the word ‘vintage’. And I guess this is the way she did with all of her clients (if you check her bio, you’ll see the variety of them she had!). As I think, it isn’t that easy to incorporate vintage accessories in a perfectly decorated modern home, but Anne does it! She is highly appreciated for this, she was featured in famous decorating magazines and blogs and I really think I should show you already pictures from her portfolio and don’t tease you so much!

Did you ever think what do you want to be when you grow up? I did! In fact, I’m still thinking. Actually I was thinking until I was introduced to blogland. After meeting so many talented designers, decorators and stylists I knew what do I want to be – I want to be like them! And particularly like Ali Bradshaw, who is an interior stylist, creating the kind of spaces and decor that are my weakness and I could easily die for! I understood that to be a designer you need architecture (which is not for me!), so I can be a stylist or decorator, why not! I love this and I might think this is exactly what describes me the best!

Today I’ll write about another Serbian name which according to my opinion – rocks! Sister Logic Design Studio is the perfect “tool” for a modern urban home! And although I can’t call this style my favorite, the way modern urban is seen by Sister Logic, makes me want to have a home designed and decorated by them. Seriously, ‘simple yet beautiful’ is my motto and that’s the right moment to enter Sister Logic Design Studio! Their partners are world wide companies such as Cantori spa Italy, Nomon, Rausch classics and others. I’m planning to go visit their showrooms in the near future, the images on their website are just stunning!

Today is one more day when I just want to escape to the country, surround myself with beautiful flowers and fresh air, live in a rustic cottage, with wooden floor and woven furniture. Oh wait, woven is what inspires me today! And along the wooden floor in the country home would make an awesome picture of what I call my dreamy home! I never thought of how cozy and relaxed look all things woven. And one more thing which is important to me: woven reminds me of my childhood and the time I was going to visit my grandparents, in their country home. Aw, sweet memories!

Isn’t this an adorable name/title? The cutest ever! You remember how I convinced you about the charm of this combo? Now remember Nicole of Making it lovely (I didn’t need to ask if you know her, you certainly do!), who is also the owner of Pink loves Brown shop, making and selling stationery, paper suitcases, pocket mirrors and more. I say this is an amazing way to name your shop, cute and attracting the customers (I confess, the very first time I saw somewhere written Pink loves Brown, I headed immediately to see what’s the store about). Nicole is one of those ladies I admire for their independence and talent! So now I can’t do more than just invite all of you to visit Nicole’s studio at home, where she works for her shop! Believe me, knowing the sense of style Nicole has, it’s worth your time!

Some time ago, while shopping in a clothing store, I saw IT. A wallpaper with names of cities printed on it. I thought it was gorgeous, but unfortunately I didn’t have my magic camera to shot that view and I couldn’t find inspirational images on the Internet to share with you. Oh wait, I did find one and it looks the same cute and extraordinary!
*I forgot where did I find this image, if you know – please tell me. Thank you!
On this wallpaper there are printed a lot of sport activities, such as golf, football, polo and so on. It’s still wonderful, so perfect for a teenager-boy’s room!
What do you think?

Hi, my lovelies! I must apologize today again, I know! I am absent, but I didn’t abandon you, no way! I really hope it will not happen again! So…today I bought my favorite magazine (finally, I was chasing it for days!) and attic rooms were featured. I know I blogged about living in the attic already, but today I learned some things, so now I’ll not just post beautiful images of attic rooms, I’ll try to help you decorate an attic room, by providing useful (I hope) tips! :).
1. There just must be plenty of (sun) light in an attic room:

Maybe some of you saw I posted everywhere that Jaime Hayón is coming at the end of May to attend Belgrade Design Week. So exciting, isn’t it? The great Jaime, young, but so talented designer! I couldn’t hear better news. So today I thought I should introduce him and his creations. And if you want to know my opinion about him, I think he’s the kind of designer who creates for people, not for the title ‘Mr. Extravagance’ and his designs are destined to bring use in one’s home, I really appreciate that! And you know why? Because the designer, who makes a chair impossible to sit on,will never be a favorite of mine! Unlike somebody who will make the same chair be comfy :).

Who ever thought of beige being a neutral color? Lots of you did! Wrong! Think again! Or visit the blog of Vancouver color consultant Maria Killam and convince yourself of the opposite! I did think that beige is the most neutral color from all and I could easily combine it with every color that crosses my mind ever! But then I was lucky to be introduced to the great Maria Killam and her blog, Colour me Happy, and read lots of useful stuff about colors, particularly about beige. One thing I learned about it is that it is very (!) tricky and there are plenty of colors that just go wrong along with beige! While trying to recover from the shock I had, I found out about the 3 main undertones of beige: yellow, pink and green, which are the well-known beige, but way too different! Here are the examples:
