I don’t know where did I spot interior editor and stylist Irina Graewe, but today I stumbled upon her site between my bookmarks. I took a look once again and her work is absolutely something to be shared with you. It’s something different than what I see every day, it’s so extravagant, but not vulgar. Call it however you want, but one thing is clear – this lady knows how to catch your eye with the images she’s featuring on her site.

Hello everyone! Today I’m little late with posting, I was busy arranging the flowers I bought in the morning :). And I’ll start this beautiful spring day with the home tour of Danish stylist and writer Katrine Martensen-Larsen. Her home in Frederiksberg was built in 1911, but redesigned by Katrine and her family: husband and 5 children. Sounds incredible how somebody can decorate a home for 7 people of different ages and still don’t loose its mind, right? Anyways, I liked the villa very much! The black and white wallpaper in the living room cheers up a bit the neutral colors that dominate in the home. Also, the kids’ room is very adorable and sweet! Please take a look:

Such an ingenious idea, to put “together” a fish and a bird, isn’t it? Of course they’re not together, but they live in the neighborhood. Alright, explaining what I mean: designer Constance Guisset created a DUPLEX for our dear pets, fish and bird. The bird has a cage, a spacious one where it can live happily, while the fish enjoys the life in an aquarium, but the thing to be mentioned is that the aquarium is on top of the cage, that’s what I meant by saying neighborhood :).

Today I caught myself thinking how it comes I never blogged, alright I didn’t even mention cream color?! I mean I have a blog named CreamyLife! So much related to cream and I completely ignored the beautiful color. Silly me…But anyways it’s better later than never, isn’t it? And while I was searching for nice cream colored interiors, I was surprised how often this color is used for the walls, furniture or rugs. Being so obsessed with bold colors lately, I forgot about the cute and gentle touch of neutral colors. I’ll do my best to change this habit and my start will be with cream colored inspirational pictures:

Good morning, friends! First thing I’m gonna write about now is a very talented and inspiring woman, Ingrid Jansen from Wood & wool stool, all the way from The Netherlands! Ingrid was so kind to let me blog about her arty job. She is another feature of Elle Dekor Serbia and I thought I’d share with all you her amazing wood&wool business. Actually it’s more a pleasure than a business, I mean just think, making wooden stools with crocheted covers. Extremely cozy and it’d look incredibly comfy in any home, don’t you agree? When she started, back in 2008, she was making stools, but now, after only 2 years she expanded her business to create now so much more! Proof? Visit her Etsy shop and Flickr and see it yourself! Oh yes, and stop by her blog too for even more coziness!

Normann-Copenhagen is a shop (in Copenhagen – who’d guess? ha!) founded in 1999 by Jan Andersen and Poul Madsen. They and their 55 employees don’t sell things, they create them and do this in a very untraditional way, because as they say: “they like seeing the world in a different way”. That is so great, isn’t it? I profoundly admire people who have the creative mind to make things, to invent their own designs and share with us. Their products are really unusual, but actually that’s what makes them so special, right? Please take a look:

I’m sorry I didn’t post anything in this category lately, but here I am now! And today I have for you a very very gorgeous combo of colors: black and yellow – sunny and glamorous, chic and cheerful. I do think this combination speaks everything for itself, the yellow palette creates the warm atmosphere while the black brings a touch of mystery and style. As contradictory this mix seems to be, I think it’s so inspiring and a living room (for example) would become the most attracting place in the home!

Jasna Janeković is a young designer who is creating out of nothing! You probably heard about her, she is a Croatian artist who now lives and creates charming things in Keln, Germany. Her life is full of bright colors and positive energy and so are her creations: pincushions, bags, clothes for the little ones and so much more! The list seems to be endless! Hi again! Here’s quick post about our handmade Easter eggs. I worked on them helping my MIL who is doing this every year and she maximally enjoys this. Everything it’s just about her creativity, no rules and no special materials to be used! The result is amazing! I helped and I was so proud! Next year I’ll be doing it by myself! Take a look and please let me know your opinion!
