Happy Monday, everyone! Hope your weekend was fantastic and that you’re ready to embrace with a smile on your face a new week! I’ll be starting a new blogging week on creamylife with another Serbian Made feature. Perhaps you remember when last week I tweeted about meeting a sweet lady, owner of the 1st vintage shop in Belgrade. So, please enter now Jane Doe Vintage Shop and its owner Bojana – a twenty-something lady, in love with all things vintage, working hard to make her dreams come true! I chatted with her for some time last week and I must say, she’s so worth admiration! At a young age, Bojana has her own vintage shop running for a year and half now, she’s traveled throughout Europe and she now has business partners in England, Portugal, Israel, France and other countries. Doesn’t this sound impressive?!

A color inspiration post made up especially for the upcoming 4th of July! And although I’m not living in USA and this holiday isn’t supposed to concern me, it does, because I’m happy for all my friends-bloggers living in the US, who will have a 3-days weekend this time, who’ll enjoy plenty of ice cream, BBQ, laughter and moments that make this life worth it! So, I thought a post with white, blue & red rooms will be a nice way, my way, to wish everybody a happy 4th of July!

I remember when I was a 4-5 years-old kid, I had a best friend and she was the one I was playing with, talking to and loving. So we were always playing at my or her home and we were always building teepees. Of course the teepees were destined to crush down at the very slight touch, but who cared? We were having fun. Imagine how much easier would’ve everything been if we had finished teepees in the stores, just to buy, put them in the middle of the room and enjoy? Aw, if I were a kid once again…But, on the bright side, we can give this to our kids and that makes me happy – knowing that one day, I’ll have a child and he/she will enjoy things I couldn’t enjoy, isn’t this so great?

I’ve discovered my crush for peacock blue color not so long time ago…alright it happened yesterday! But my love affair with this color is pretty big which makes it up for the short time, isn’t it how’s this working? However it is, I love this intense shade of blue and I think it creates a ravishing effect when combined with colors like white, beige, cream and everything that’s light. This will make for a modern, refreshing look, but just in case you’d like to give a royal feeling to your space, then a peacock blue combined with black, brown and all these darker colors is what you might need. Some time ago, Ludmila wrote about one Serbian
photographer and her amazing pictures of babies. And it got me so inspired! So I found a topic (of course related to babies!) that makes me smile a lot and my whole day gets sunny!
