Hi, everyone! TGIF, right? This week seemed to me so so long (I was sick last weekend, so it didn’t actually feel like a weekend at all), on Tuesday I was thinking it’s already Friday, so today I’m REALLY happy to know it is indeed Friday and the weekend is ahead. I want to share with you pictures of a home tour that’s called Villa Villekulla (you know the story of Pippi Longstocking, right? well, the story tells that Pippi lives in Villa Villekulla). The home I’m talking about is so white and crisp with splashes of bright colors seen in the artwork, pieces of furniture, rugs and the rest of the interior. Although it has plenty of white, this home feels more modern than sterile and it actually brought excitement into my heart – I want to move there! So while you’ll check the pictures, I’m going to pack my stuff :)
Christmas on Etsy
One thing (and the only one) I adore about winter are winter holidays! Don’t blame me, alright? And today, on November 17th, I already feel I cannot wait to start decorating for Christmas. I love the spirit of this holiday, the magical atmosphere which can be felt everywhere, with your every cell. I love when we have snow on Christmas, the bliss gets only greater, right? I love getting presents too and who doesn’t? So in honor of winter holidays I put together a gift guide inspired by Etsy, with full name of Etsy shops, links to them and even prices, to make it easier for you. Enjoy!
Peacock Pavilions
Hello, everyone! Can I confess something? I have a dream destination for quite a long while now – Marrakesh! I’m fascinated by the rich culture and that spirit of a this-is-another-world’s city dominating there even nowadays. Maryam, author of My Marrakesh blog has always been an inspiration to me and I cherish every single post she’s writing on her blog. So, my huge wish is to get to Marrakesh one day, meet Maryam and stay at her hotel Peacock Pavilions! A girl can dream, right? Let’s speak about Peacock Pavilions now. OMG! That place is blissful, majorly inspiring and just a beauty out of this world! Golden touches, hand embroidered cushions, hand painted staircases, stunning light fixtures, absolutely mind-blowing decor and colors – this is a small part of what Peacock Pavilions are! Anyone care to join me in my dream destination?

Fall in Belgrade & Happy weekend
Hello, friends! It’s finally Friday and I cannot tell you how happy I am. If you’re wondering how am I, know that I’m still sick, so nothing too exciting happened this week. Photo shoots for my street style blog, editing pictures, getting inspired by the lovely weather and trying to get rid of my cold – that’s what I’ve been doing the entire week. But enough about me, tell me how are you? Would love to know how was your week!
Wanted to wish you a happy weekend now, hope you have a fabulous weather, perfect for some outdoor fun! And I leave you with some pictures of Belgrade I took today, just to prove you how marvelous the city is when fall steps in with all its blissful colors and romantic atmosphere!
Have a great weekend, lovelies!
Chalkboard Black Walls
There’s been a long time since chalkboard walls became an interior design trend and all of a sudden many people were lusting after black walls in their homes. Well it was about time for me to add my two cents to the entire thing. And let me tell you that I’m no different than those ‘many people’ I mentioned above. I love black walls and I love them even more if the black is achieved with chalkboard paint! And it’s not even necessary to have chalkboard walls for writing on them, in fact I like them more when they’re so perfectly clean and sharp, the sophisticated look of a wall covered with chalkboard paint says a lot about the modern and screaming style of the owner (all in a good way, of course). There’s something regal and absolutely breathtaking about chalkboard walls, right? And if you feel the limit is exceeded with chalkboard on all the walls then one chalkboard black wall will work perfectly good, giving the room a subtle and very appealing look.
Anthropologie Europe {November catalogue}
I was completely amazed by this month’s Anthropologie Europe catalogue! A winter wonderland as Anthro says, with plenty of cozy knitted sweaters and cardigans, with rich hues and cold tones, just perfect for a winter to keep you warm. Both clothing and home lines in the catalogue are blissful and just make me want to jump in and live on its pages! Anthropologie always does stunning with styling their catalogues, but this time was something outstanding and magical, I literally gasped when I saw the cover! Without further ado, here a some pictures:
Remake shop in Choomich Design District
Hello, everyone! How are you, my friends? Today I have a very cute post to share with you! On Saturday I was in Choomich Design District (a renovated shopping mall in Belgrade that is now a place which gathered many fashion designers, who have their stores there). I went there for a special reason, I knew that Remake has its own boutique in Choomich and I was dying to see in person how does it look. FYI, Remake is a brand invented by two lovely ladies, Antea and Jovana, who started their business with ceramics, but expanded it later in time and they now have prints, decorative letters, wall decor and much more. The store in Choomich is absolutely heart-melting, beyond cute and will make you happy just if you look at its design!
