Normann-Copenhagen is a shop (in Copenhagen – who’d guess? ha!) founded in 1999 by Jan Andersen and Poul Madsen. They and their 55 employees don’t sell things, they create them and do this in a very untraditional way, because as they say: “they like seeing the world in a different way”. That is so great, isn’t it? I profoundly admire people who have the creative mind to make things, to invent their own designs and share with us. Their products are really unusual, but actually that’s what makes them so special, right? Please take a look:
Dahlia rug – oh well, I love dahlias!
Kitchen set “Familia” – isn’t it sweet?
Decorative grass – it had always been my weakness
Some way of a storage/vase – very nice shape!
Memory chair – my husband would love it
Swing vases – um, can I have them?
Just adorable zebra plates! They’re so stylish, aren’t they?

Now you probably understand why I was attracted by Normann-Copenhagen, don’t you? Their products are modern, but not too eccentric and that’s a good design feature! Modern, but comfy I would say and I’d like to have every product made by this exceptional shop!
