I fell in love with these adorable nursery prints and wanted to share my find with you. Have you seen Urban Tickle‘s work? Heart melting and so perfect for a nursery/toddler room. They also have wall decals and stationery (baby announcements etc.) and each piece is cuter than the other :)
Pantone fruit and vegetable tarts
So you probably saw the brilliant and delicious work of Emilie de Griottes for the French culinary magazine Fricote, didn’t you? The Pantone fruit and vegetable tarts are inspired by the Pantone color swatches, made of bananas, tomatoes, carrots and lemons (and much more) – so yes, it was blissful to look through them (needless to mention I was drooling big time!). Here are a few:

Isn’t this genius? I must admit, Emilie is my new idol :)
Home tour: fashion illustrator Dallas Shaw
Hello, darlings! First of all I would like to THANK you all for the sweetest comments on yesterday’s post! You make me the happiest and I appreciate your support to no end! :)
Secondly, I have to confess something – I have a dream and that is to be a fashion illustrator. I love illustrations that capture the sensuality of fashion, that perfectly show off stunning details and stylish personalities. In addition, fashion illustrators are always looking hot and they live in gorgeous apartments – sign me up for both! That’s exactly the story of Dallas Shaw – young, talented, stylish AND with a killer home – stylish perfection all around.
Baby, baby {big news!}
Hello, friends! How was your weekend? I hope you enjoyed it at its best! Today I have huge announcement, something that I had kept in secret for so long and couldn’t way to share with you – this fall a new little member will be added to our family! We’re happy and ecstatic and can hardly wait for October to come (supposedly 25th). Every once in a while I may be posting baby-related stuff (and pictures of my growing belly perhaps?), so I hope you don’t mind that :). We still don’t know what are we having (we will in a month or so), but I’ll be sure to share with you the news when we find it out. Here is a picture of me at 15 weeks (which is how far along I am now):
Thank you for joining me on this new adventure, you’re the most precious readers ever!

The beauty of the little things
We’ve all heard that life is all about the little things that make everything prettier. Today I’m drawn to these little things that make me happy by looking at them. Peonies, romantic color palettes and astonishing vignettes is what rock my world this beautiful Saturday.
Enjoy your weekend, sweets!
Copper lamps, you have my heart
Indeed they do. I’m in love, but how could I not be? The shape, the shiny surface, the impact on a room – all these speak for themselves: a copper Globe pendant lamp is too gorgeous to be left aside.
Cocoa and Hearts paintings
I’ve been a fan of Jen Ramos for a very long time and few know that her blog, Made by girl, was the first interior design/lifestyle blog I read, which actually led me to write about interiors myself – so yes, I’m kind of emotionally attached to that blogger :). And she never ceases to amaze me – her latest adventure, Cocoa and Hearts, is truly fabulous! Jen is a talented artist who paints gorgeous art that embraces fun colors and yes, I had to share some faves with you.
Golden notebook DIY
I consider myself a huge notebook nerd. I just love writing down what has to be done, where I have to go, when I have to finish that particular task and although there are billions of apps to help with that, I still go the old style way – I write down in my notebook. I was always choosing bright notebooks (only my last purchase is a black, glossy one – I guess I needed some drama back then), so these fun, golden notebooks spoke right to me. Plus they’re a DIY project meaning we can all do it!
31 Bits jewelry
Happy Monday to all! Today we’ll kick off the week with a slightly different approach meaning this day isn’t about chic interiors, but bits of fashionable jewelry – 31 Bits to be more precise. 31 Bits is a brand selling handmade jewelry that comes all the way from Uganda! The idea came up to Kallie Dovel in 2007, coming to a life in 2008 and blooming ever since. The team behind 31 Bits works on a regular basis with a group of women from Uganda who create necklaces, bracelets and more from recycled paper and it all looks fabulous! What impressed me a lot is that 31 Bits offers several educational programs to those women – English lessons, finance training, health education etc. – worth being admired, don’t you think?
Friday reminder
A nice saying for a happy weekend that I’m wishing to all of you, dears! Thank you for stopping by this week – I’m expecting you all back here next week, right? :)
Enjoy a very happy weekend! xo
