Happy Monday, friends! I haven’t mentioned anything about my pregnancy lately and I know lots of you wonder how is everything going. Well, let me tell you – all is good for both of us, thank God. I’m now 22 weeks, my bump is the main attraction for everyone and we even know the gender :). It all starts looking very real and to say I’m excited yet terrified of what’s to come would be an understatement. I guess all these feelings are normal and that’s what keeps me confident I’ll get through the tough part – fingers crossed! So since I passed the halfway mark in my pregnancy I find it justified to start baby-shopping: adorable toys and onesies are heart-melting and although I know that splurging on newborn clothes and toys isn’t the smartest move, I can’t help it :)
I mean how can you resist this cuteness? I found this French baby shop, My little square, and couldn’t stop clicking through the items – 1) sweetness to the core and 2) hello – beyond chic stuff, after all it’s a French shop we’re speaking about!
P.S. After seeing my collages, can you guess the gender? :)

Continuing with my trend reporting, here’s another one that is done by everyone and their mother – ombre. Frankly, I got enough of it and am so ready to see it fade, but I guess it won’t happen very soon as with every day the ombre trend is more and more popular (fashion, interior design, cake art etc.). It’s not that I don’t like the ombre look – I do, but I also think that the world is full of creative trendsetters and they can already come up with something new – my humble suggestion to style geniuses out there.

With neon being everywhere for the past year or so, we can’t escape the trend no matter how hard we try. So we can only do the best of it and use it in chic, bold ways. Like have a neon color palette for decorating a wedding. Sounds insane, right? Not if you set limits and decorate with neon within them. Happy Monday, friends! I’m back from a creative block (you know, when you’re unable to come up with a decent post?) and I hope inspiration will stick around for a while. Many things happened during my absence, many finds that caught my eye, many ideas I want to blog about, like for example ceramics. I feel like ceramic items are the comfiest yet edgy-modern approach a table setting might get. The natural look with a pop of color is the best way to decorate your summer outdoor table. I’m loving these adorable plates from Elephant ceramics – the color palette is to die for!
